Building & renovation · Ireland
Five quotes. No calls until you choose.
Post your job with a short video of the site. Five vetted builders quote and chat with you inside the app, without your number. You share contact details only with the builder you hire.

How it works
From video tour to signed job
Post your job
Answer a few questions about the work and record a video tour of the site on your phone. Builders see your area, never your address.
Get five quotes
Five builders send itemised quotes and ask questions in the chat. Decline one and another builder takes its place.
Accept and meet
Accept the quote you want. Only then do you and that builder see each other's name and phone number.
For builders
Free leads. Pay only when you win.
No credits, no paying for leads that go nowhere. You pay 2.5% of the contract value when a homeowner accepts your quote.
Quote from video
Homeowners film the site before you quote, so fewer wasted trips to jobs you'll never win.
Real competition, capped at five
Each job goes to five builders at most, so every lead is a real chance to win work.
Paid by direct debit
The commission is collected automatically 14 days after the job is accepted. No chasing invoices.

Questions
Good to know
Is it free for homeowners?
Yes. Posting a job, getting quotes and chatting with builders costs nothing. Builders pay a commission only when you accept their quote.
Why can't builders see my phone number?
So you aren't chased by calls from builders you never chose. You talk in the app, compare quotes calmly, and share your details only with the builder you hire.
Can a builder price my job from a video?
For most fencing, roofing, septic and renovation jobs, a good video tour and a few questions are enough for a firm quote. If the work turns out different on the day, changes are agreed in writing in the app.
How is the 2.5% commission paid?
When a homeowner accepts a quote, the builder gets one invoice for 2.5% of the contract value plus VAT, collected by direct debit 14 days later. How the homeowner pays the builder is agreed between them.
